Interesting article. I have no idea what the correct policy response would look like, but the figures are pretty staggering:
‘Take simple ‘criminality’. Of the one-third of a million people in England and Wales found guilty of an indictable offence in the 12 months ending June 2012, 85% were men. The more violent the crime, the more men predominate… males were 88% of those found...
